I know I used secured loans to build my credit. Most local banks would basically lend you $500 or more, if you put that amount in a savings account at their bank. The payments for the loans are just taking out of that money you put in the savings account.
Basically, you give them $500, they give you $500. 6 months later, you have some great credit on your bureau!
Driver%26#039;s Licenses aren%26#039;t needed - not everyone drives. What you WILL need, though, is a State ID - you can get them at the same place as a Driver%26#039;s License, but you don%26#039;t have to take a test... having one means you are who you say you are, but you can%26#039;t drive with it. I would really suggest getting a State ID, you need it for just about anything in the US.

Yes. from what i remember you can get a secured credit card, its those credit cards that work with a savings account. You put around $500 in one of their accounts and only use up to $500, then pay it back.

Go to your local bank and ask for a secureline credit card. You have to front the money....say $500.....but it allows you to establish a credit history.
