It depends on the terms of your bank, but i would think with the credit card would be best.

I would suggest you use your credit card because your bank will credit you the difference automatically.

But I can%26#039;t stress it enough the best place to exchange cash is a bank! The only places that really give you the ACTUAL exchange rate are banks and grocery stores. They receive a report everyday updating the new exchange rate and they update those numbers in the computers they use.

Beware of gas stations and restaurants. They always rip you off when it comes to exchanging. They have their own set rate and do not follow the daily updated rate.
