Monetary policy affects: social spending, tax rates, the available credit, the antitrust laws?

Monetary policy affects EVERYTHING. For some real insight into just how read %26quot;The Creature from Jekyll Island%26quot; by G. Edward Griffin. The creature is the Federal Reserve Bank, which is neither Federal nor is it Reserve. It was creaed at an ultra secret meeting of the wealthiest men of Europe and the US as a means to conrtrol US banking, line their own pockets, and consolidate their power over the people. These are the guys who really pull the strings in the US and throughout the World. Don%26#039;t miss this book. It will change you, and hopefully, if read by enough of us, enable us to take back control of our world. The author does give some worthwhile suggestions.

The meeting was held in 1910 on Jekyll Island, one of the barrier Islands off the coast of Georgia---thus the intriguing title of the book.

All but anti-trust laws, but I could make an argument for that as well.
