At my bank they have a college visa (only for studenst) for 14.9% and an opportunity visa (for anyone who wants to build credit) at 14.9%. These cards have a 25 day grace period, meaning if you pay off your balance in full within 25 days you will pay no interest, so the interest wont even matter. Not bad if you are wanting to build credit.
